I love my new ice cream maker.
Honeydew-Lime Sorbet
1 medium honeydew melon, seeded and cut in chunks
1/2 c sugar
1/4 c water
Juice and zest of 3-4 limes
Microwave the sugar and water together for 3 minutes on high to make a syrup. Add lime juice and stir. Pour into blender. Add melon chunks about 1 c at a time and puree. Continue until you have 6 cups of mixture. Chill thoroughly and freeze according to directions.

I knew I should've done a better job of convincing Brian we needed one of those Cuisinart machines!!!
Speaking of Cuisinarts.... are you interested in borrowing mine? I never use it. It was one of those things I was convinced I couldn't live without so Mom got it for me for Christmas one year.
